Strangely although the WP alleges that Anji Reddys son Satish Reddy Bribed Naidu Amma doesnt feel the need to Investigate a fellow Reddy and his name doesnt appear in the Respondents list

Purchased land near Hitch city for 35 lakhs purchased land in BajaraHills for 40 lakhs later both were gifted to Niadus son lokesh Lokesh in turn allgedly sold the land (no mention of sale price to the father in law of Naidus confidant and fixer Sri Nagaraja Naidu who later gigfted it to his daugher (the wife of Naidus associate/fixer Nagraja)

Rama Agricultual Farm HITECH City scam ( Para 7 of WP

In 1989, a family firm called Rama Agricultural Farms consisting of Naidu’s mother, wife, son and a relative ofthem named P.Dasaiah Naidu purchased 3.276 acres of land in Kondapur, at a distance of only half a kilometer from HitecCity, for Rs. 1,00,000 at a rate of Rs.30,487 per acre

Allegedly Dr reddys got a 25 crore tax break (sales tax deferment)  in turn Dr Anji Reddys son Satish Reddy paid Rama Agricultual Farm  Naidus Family firm 3 crores for a property worth 12 lakhs  The diffrence in price being a Kickback 

In 1996 the Hitech announcement was made In 2000 3.14 acres of land near the Hitech city are sold to Satish Reddy for 3 crores Dr Reddys

Anji Reddys son then allegedly entered into partnership with  Divyasree Soft Tech Realtors  which together built a 50000 sq feet building In HITECH City which  Google now leases for 2 crores a month
Its alleged the Deevyashree  group is a front for Naidu and Anji Reddys son Satish Reddy  is the benami partner of  Naidu in the 500000 sq feet unnamed  building in HITECH City  which is currently used  by Google for a monthly rent of 2 crores

Naidus associate Ramoji Rao allegedly started buying via fronts and dummies plots of land around Shamshabad before the airport was announced

The agricultural land ceiling prevented him from buying large tracts so his employees fronted for him and they bought nearly 360 acres near the area
Immediate upon conversion, all the various pieces of land were sold to Sri.Ramoji Rao at almost the same price

Naidu the granted  permissions to the agricultural holding benami holders to convert their land to non-agricultural purposes, thereby avoiding the application of the land  ceiling law in regard to the lands

In 1998, Sri.Naidu announced Shamshabad as the location for the airport. The G.O. formalizing the same followed shortly thereafter in 2003

With this announcement, the value of the land in Palmakole became almost Rs.20 lakh/acre, which was 4 times at which Sri. Ramojirao bought. As of now, the land is  worth about Rs.3 crores per acre. Hence, Rs 18 crores spent by Sri.Ramoji Rao then has now become Rs.1080 crores

2001 announced a plan to add another city to the Twin cities namely Cyberabad. A Cyberabad Development Authority was created for this and 51.70 sq.km of land came under this authority. This authority got the powers of imposing more betterment charges and strict

The sale of plots in HITECH City  between 1000 sq. yds. to 110 acres being made to relatives and associates of Sri Naidu.
7 acres of land were given to Divyasree Soft Tech Realtors Pvt. Ltd., which, as submitted above, already had a close personal and political nexus with Sri Naidu.
The very fact that Divyasree dictated the price at which the purchase would be made suggests certain underhanddealings with Sri Naidu.
 Meanwhile the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2001, through G.O.Ms.No.538 dated October 28,
guidelines regarding constructions in that area. The astonishing fact is that the Kondapur area which is in the  center of Cyberabad Development Authority plan is not included in this plan merely because Sri Naidu, Sri. Muralimohan and their friends had lands in this area and they subsequently built huge buildings on the said lands without paying the charges which are being paid by
remaining areas of CDA. This caused huge losses to the Government exchequer and the real beneficiary of this is the then Chief Minister Sri Naidu himself.



 

HITECH City  Maganti Murali Mohan of Jayabheri Properties Divyasree Soft Tech Realtors   para 13
 
In 1996, one Sri. Maganti Murali Mohan of Jayabheri Properties / MM Financiers purchased 2.34 acres in the village of Gachchibowli. These purchases were made for a total consideration of Rs.10 lakh. Sri.Murali Mohan is a close friend and associate of Sri.Naidu, who was then the Chief Minister of the State. Shortly thereafter, Sri Naidu announced the Hitec City Project, which was to be coincidentally located in the villages of Kondapur, Gachchibowli and Madhapur.

Immediately thereafter, the prices of the lands in those villages rose dramatically, which was taken advantage by Sri.Murali Mohan who entered into several Development Agreements (8 projects) between 1996 and 1997 around Hitec City

The Government then allotted an extent of Seven (7) acres of land in favour of a company belonging to the group of Divyasree Soft Tech Realtors Private Limited, under the guise of the State policy of allotment of land to software companies in the area of 600 acres earmarked for software development in Kondapur.Maganti Murali Mohan allegedly fronted for Chandrababu Naidu

Land was alloted to fake non exsistent IT companies  After getting allotment, some of the said companies transferred the lands to Murali Mohan and his group companies.



Power Producers Scam para 14


The Government of Andhra Pradesh, with a view to overcoming the power shortages that the State was facing in 1994, on the basis of a report of Sri Hiten Bhayya, a former member of the Planning Commission of India, decided to promote in the private sector several projects, as short gestation power projects, that were expected to be completed within 24 months from the date of signing the PPAs.

The State Government signed PPAs with six developers for implementation of 8 short gestation power projects on 31-03-1997, with the last of the projects to come up within 24 months from the date of signing of PPAs i.e. on or before 01-04-1999.
What happened later is that Mr. Naidu permitted virtual sale of the projects by bargaining
with each of the promoters with whom the PPAs were signed and has given his consent for change of the promoter, change of the EPC contractor, change of the fuel and change of the due date for implementation several times

None of the projects were implemented even after the five years from the first due date. None of the original promoters of any these projects continued to be the actually implemented projects, thus making the entire process of the global competitive bids a big mockery only

Many of the bribes the Power project Promoters paid for new favourable terms were routed via Sujana Groups Foreign Subsidiaires in the Cyamans Mauritius and Dubai

The Trust which was formrd for Charitable Purposes was alloted land for charitable purposes in Upmarket Banjara Hills (4000 yards) They were then allowed to convert the land use from charitable to political illegaly
 
The WP also alleges that L and T built the new TD party office in Banjara hills for free in return for   getting the HITECH city Project even though they werent the lowest bidders 
 
The Trust also got large donations from Business houses liek Satyam Maducon and Hragreeve estate
